Vanessa Bellamy, PhD
Dr. Vanessa Bellamy specializes in executive functioning coaching for high-achieving professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs. She is particularly passionate about supporting Black women and other professionals from marginalized backgrounds who want sustainable success on their own terms. Her work focuses on strengthening planning, time management, and organization while helping clients clarify values, goals, boundaries, and strengths. She has extensive training in ADHD and executive functioning coaching, career development, and goal setting.
Dr. Bellamy brings a deep background in psychology and executive functioning to her coaching and consulting work. Her training informs a thoughtful, structured approach to helping high-achieving professionals build sustainable systems for success. She holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology from Florida State University, a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Bellamy is also a certified Hello Seven Business, Money, and Mindset Coach, and she equips clients with tools and strategies to grow their businesses and reach their financial goals.

We provide coaching for people from marginalized communities who are having challenges with navigating career decision making, feeling burnt out by current work experiences and oppressive systems, and desiring a change to live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
What is executive functioning?
Executive functions are a set of cognitive and self-regulation skills that help us to make and execute plans, focus and sustain attention, and set goals, among other things. People who experience executive functioning challenges may have great difficulty in these areas, and may need support to improve their executive functioning skills.
